$25.00 set up fee (club pays)

Club is going to pay for polo, $5.00 from club. VQHYA is only paying this to members in good standing of this year.

Decided it was too expensive to get the shirts done at Mitchell’s, Kayleigh is looking into this at another screening place. Also talked about club paying for some or all of the shirts.


Everything Equine
We passed around the sign-up sheet for Everything Equine, still have a few open positions if anyone would like to do it.

Raffle Tickets
If you sell more then 20 tickets ½ will go to the club and ½ of the procedures will go to you for use in VQHA or VQHYA activities, ex- show money, stall payments etc.

Decided that we have o go over the by-laws once again as they are still not correct and need work in areas like money towards YES and other items like that

We decided to email the price for clothing and remember the check for the self-defensive seminar, which is April 12th
